We travelled to Scotland in April 2024 with family. The tour was very well planned and arranged. Sufficient time was provided at all spots. Our guide Ramakant Iyengar provided valuable inputs describing all the places.
The hotel where we stayed was comfortable. The Indian dinner provided on all days was delicious.
We had a great time with all fellow travellers, the Guide and the Drivers.

Scotland Trip - 15th April 2024
We travelled to Scotland and Snowdonia in April 2024. The tour was very well planned and arranged. Sufficient time was provided at all spots. Our all 4 tour manager (Mr. Ratan, Mr. Aaris, Mr. Ankit and Mr. Santosh were so nice and very helpful and provided valuable inputs describing all the places. All are nice.
The hotel where we stayed was comfortable. The Indian dinner provided on all days was delicious.
We had a great time with all fellow travellers, the Guide and the Drivers.

Tour manager Santosh,Aarish and Ankit were very kind and were ready to help anyone..They gave us proper information about the places time to time..
Our group was fantastic and jovial..got mingled with each other..unfortunately the last day..
Would definitely recommend and consider for ourselves for the next tour..Thanks all..

I had travelled with my 2 kids & 87 yrs old Mom for Europe Tour.
Our tour guide Mr Manish bhai & our Coach Captain Allen were so kind & helpful.As my mom needed wheelchair all the time,both used to take special care of her & used to guide us everytime especially in Switzerland when there was huge Snowfall.I am so happy that I chose Star tour & will always recommend to others as their Time Management is best ,Their selection of Hotels, Restaurants are all of Class.

We booked our Snowdonia and we really enjoyed the trip.
In my opinion it could have been planned a bit better with some more time in Llandudno and also for snowdonia mountain excursion the train ride doesn't take you to summit so half an hour halt you cannot attempt going up.
The tour manager Mr Mohseen really took care of all the people on the trip.

This was our third time with star tours for two days in Snowdonia. It was the best experience compared to other tours- Holland and Scotland. The hotel was in the town and we had plenty of time to explore the town compared to other two where the hotels were in complete remote areas and we had to rush through attractions to get into the accommodation. Food was not good in this trip as we thought packed breakfast would give something better rather than cereals and milk. The guide Mohsen was really nice, very interactive, giving guidance to things we needed. The coach was better too. The accommodation was okay. In the coach also the music and the movies were far far better comparatively.

Wonderful experience touring across Europe with Jay and Atul Surve. Both posses great personalities. Jay, being a very experienced and careful driver, always cared for the safety of 37 passengers on board and made sure that we departed and arrived on time. Atul on the other hand is a walking Wikipedia. The information he possess about the places we visited was appreciated by everyone. A humble guy. On behalf of everyone on this tour - I wish to thank Atul and Jay for taking excellent care of us during our stay in Europe.

The quality of dinner was not great, however, the stay In Holiday Inn was Superb. Star Tours needs to liaise with better restaurants who could provide better dinner options.
Also, we were hoping to go to the big field tulips

All good, except couple of issues about food.
Star tour i understand Star tour is famous for the Indian food, but little variation in vegetarian cousine. Will be nice. **Polite Request, if possible,as and when , add Indian boiled tea with dinner. I am sure that will make put smile 😊, on your explorers , after very active, action packed day.

This was my second trip through Star Tours. Highly Recommended Tour Company for travelling any where in the world. Mr Manish Jhaveri is the Best Tour Manager for Group Tours, He has an Excellent knowledge & information about the travel itnerary.

Our tour guide Surendra and Parth were wonderful. Had a very comfortable 3 days trip. This is second trip with Star Tours and they never disappoint. Only suggestion is to use hotels within the main city limit so that after the tour too we have the option of exploring by ourselves which currently is a challenge / impossible.

We have done tours many years back with star tour. It was 18 days Europe tour but don’t remember the date in 2013. Our tour manager shaji managed it amazingly is he still working with star tour and is he back for this years tour? Great company for Europe’s holiday.

Went to Star tours Belgium -Netherlands 3 day/2 night trip. Started from London, Eurostar to Brussels, from there coach to Belgium and Netherlands. And again Euro star from Brussels to London. This is a well planed trip from Star tours. Special thanks to Surendra& Partha for their service. Stayed two nights at Holidays inn, Eindhoven airport. Good hotel. Good breakfast in the hotel. Two days dinner was Lekker India hotel @ Eindhoven. Will definitely go with star tours.

Very well organised tour. All the locations mentioned as per itinerary were completed. Additional locations were also covered since we reached early and had ample time.
Tour manager Ramakant and coach captain JJ were very helpful. Right breaks were provided for food and natures call. Drive was very comfortable and food options were pretty. Overall it was a memorable tour for us.

I got great support, information and ease way to book the Star Tour PNER 13.4.24. Mrs.Shreya, Mr Vinod Nate, Mr.Anil Solanki from Mimbai India. During Tour Ramakant Iyengar provided detailed information about each place and due to perfect time management and foods-and other arrangement we could visit maximum place and with his special request we could visit up to Level 3 of Eiffel tower. Also during successful completion of Our Europe tour our Coach Driver Mr. JJ helped us lot and his safe driving skill is excellent. Overall good experience with STAR Tour team.

We joined for the panoramic europe tour between 13 april-17 april. We visited brussels blackforest switzerland and paris. The food was extremely suitable for people adapted to the indian diet. The coach journey was without any inconveniences thanks to Mr.JJ and rather comfortable and enjoyable. The itinerary was well planned between the travels and we made lots of friends in our diverse group. Our tour guide Mr.Ramakanth added valuable pointers which were useful. Personally i felt the free time at interlaken can be changed with something else as we had nothing much to do or shop there. Shopping in paris was something we could have enjoyed too. But to sum up, we had a joyous 5 days and thanks to star tours!!

My husband and I had booked Europe tour in 2012 and had an amazing time during the trip with delicious hot food, clean rooms and very good tour manager. Since then, we have been recommending Star Tours to all our friends here and abroad.

This tour (Italy by flight) was booked for my sister & Brother-in-law who were visiting my other sister in Vienna. As they had Europe visa, they wished to visit Italy during their time in Europe. Because they are particular about vegetarian Indian food, I recommended Star Tours and booked for them to join the team in Milan.
While booking there was an £50 off early bird offer.
But because they had taken off flight fare (London-Milan), the staff said we are not eligible for that offer.
The staff are most unhelpful and not friendly at all.

During the trip, they faced more issues -
1. The reason why I had booked Star tours for them was Veg indian food. Food quality was very bad throughout the tour and most of the tourists fell sick. And the vegetarian options were also very limited.
2. Rooms in other Italian cities were ok but the Pisa hotel (Hotel Lago Verde) was deplorable. It was categorised as 3 or 4 star but the quality was nowhere near that!! Room was stinking, damp, dirty bedding, insects and food quality was terrible.
The tour manager listened to the issues and promised to take up with the management but no action , apology or refund has been actioned yet after 6 months..
I definitely would not recommend Star Tours to anyone anymore especially as the management and staff don't care if the guests have good experience nor about providing good service after charging hefty amounts for the tour.

My coach tour of Holland and Belgium was fantastic and really enjoyable.
From the onset to finish, everything was meticulously planned and executed.
Our knowledgeable guides Surendra and Parth enriched the experience with fascinating insights into the history of each area we visited. The itinerary was expertly crafted, allowing us ample time to explore. The accommodations was comfortable and a pleasure to stay in.
The coach itself was modern and well-maintained, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey throughout.
Our driver Jasper was very helpful and friendly.
But what truly set this tour apart was the personalized touch and attention to detail.
Even the long coach travel was alleviated by the guides telling jokes and getting everyone involved.
Would definitely use Star Tours again.
